Objectives

Encouragement is important in language training, especially in adult education. Applied language learning methods in adult education differ - a variety of approaches and tools is used in Europe. Within the European dimension there is the great possibility to learn from each other across borders. A methodical comparison in the field of language training in adult education has been worked out among the participating institutions:In their countries the partners have identified which applied methods exist to encourage and support people to learn their mother tongue as well as their second language to a high extent on all levels – reading, writing, and speaking. Good learning methods and best practice samples for language learning have been collected and compared in three countries. The final result is described in an informative booklet.
